Specsavers in Markham, ON is hiring a Part Time Retail Associate (Optical). You’ll welcome customers, guide frame choices, support first-time contact lens wearers, and deliver friendly, informative service. Full training provided, no optical experience required, weekend availability essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills for a busy retail environment.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend eyewear solutions.
• Willingness to learn frames, lenses and pre-testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly store environment.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and discussing options.
• Explain offers, products and services clearly for informed choices.
• Perform basic pre-screening tests and ensure proper frame fitting.
• Process orders for glasses and contacts accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain customer care.
