Qualifications

• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Passion for creating “WOW” moments through exceptional customer service
• Retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly store environment
• Help customers choose eyewear and explain options
• Assist with frame selection, lenses, and contact lenses
• Process orders accurately and schedule follow-ups
• Provide pre-screening assistance and support training
• Support brand and store initiatives to deliver great customer care
