Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly store environment.
• Build connections by understanding needs and recommending eyecare solutions.
• Guide customers in selecting frames that suit lenses and style.
• Explain offers, products, and services clearly to aid decisions.
• Perform pre-screening tests with full training provided.
• Measure and adjust frames for a precise fit.
• Process orders for prescription glasses and contacts efficiently.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain excellent customer care.
• Act as an ambassador for Specsavers and uphold company values.
