Job summary

Specsavers in Richmond, BC, is hiring a Retail Associate (Eyecare Consultant) to welcome customers and guide them through eyewear and contact lens options. Full training will be provided, no optical experience required.

You’ll act as an ambassador for Specsavers, delivering exceptional service in a busy retail setting. Evenings and weekends are required, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships and contributing to a positive, high-energy store culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• No Optical experience required — full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in store and create a friendly environment.
• Guide customers through frame selections and eyewear options.
• Explain offers, products, and services clearly.
• Assist with pre-screening tests and frame adjustments as needed.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain customer care.
