Specsavers is seeking Retail Associates (Eyecare Consultants) in Canada to deliver exceptional eye care and affordable eyewear. You will guide customers through frame collections and support first-time contact lens wearers. No optical experience required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
• Experience in fast-paced retail is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide eyewear selection.
• Explain offers, products and services clearly.
• Process orders for glasses and contacts accurately.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain customer care.
• Performs basic pre-screening tests with full training provided.
