Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become a brand expert and help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute a defined business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and handling customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through sponsor programs.
• Provide timely feedback and escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance and show appreciation.
• Support asset protection with safety and controls.
