You will foster a positive environment, coach others, and drive store initiatives while respecting schedules and company policies. This role supports development and growth within Carter’s retail team.

Formación

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient with basic computer tools such as Outlook and Excel.
