Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Supervisor in Calgary, Alberta. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers and guiding teams with care and inclusion on the sales floor.

You’ll lead a diverse team, coach others to success, and ensure service standards while managing shifts, training, and store operations in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. This role supports growth and development within Carter's culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Lift 40 pounds as needed.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and timely resolutions.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and raise performance issues to Store Manager.
