• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance on product styles and features.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor with a positive, inclusive environment.
• Coach and lead store team to meet sales and service standards.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and resolving customer concerns.
