Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll lead with warmth, help customers with product knowledge, and coach a team to deliver outstanding service. The role supports a busy retail floor with emphasis on inclusivity and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include leading by example, driving sales, and maintaining store operations while upholding Carter’s values. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
