Carter's is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain product styles and features, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive sales floor.

You will coach others, drive store targets, and manage a daily business focus with timely follow-through. The role requires leadership ability, strong communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled in a retail environment.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and foster an inclusive environment.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to staff and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
