Job summary

TD Canada Trust in Vernon, BC is looking for a Customer Experience Associate who can handle customer interactions, process transactions accurately, and advise on banking solutions to meet customer needs. You will promote products, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive branch experience.

You should have a High School diploma or equivalent and solid communication skills, with 1+ years of relevant experience; knowledge of MS Office is a plus as you support team goals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions and advise accordingly.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues when needed.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve goals and complete processes accurately and on time.
• Connect with customers clearly on banking solutions and processes while maintaining confidentiality.
