Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; calm, courteous and effective.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve assigned goals and complete processes timely.
• Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and participate in development.
• Assist the team by coordinating with coworkers and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
