Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard issues.
• Promote banking solutions to meet assigned goals and complete processes promptly and accurately.
• Deliver quality customer experiences and contribute to a positive, equitable team environment.
