Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet experience.
• Initiative, accuracy and ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, calm and courteous in interactions.
• Korean and/or Mandarin language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to customer concerns and escalate non-standard cases.
• Promote banking products and complete processes accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to provide clear guidance on banking solutions.
• Support a positive, diverse and equitable work environment.
