Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as needed.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes clearly.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive, diverse, equitable work environment.
• Assist the team by staying dedicated and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
