Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Dynamic communicator with customer experience skills; clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized procedures.
• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures; escalate when needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes in a timely manner.
• Connect with customers to advise banking solutions clearly and accurately.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and contribute to personal development.
