TD Canada Trust is hiring a Customer Experience Associate at our Cranbrook, BC branch. You will handle daily banking transactions, advise customers on solutions, and deliver a consistently positive experience aligned with TD's service standards.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), 1+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and a customer-focused mindset are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
• Go-getter with initiative, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Dynamic communicator with written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and regulations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard issues as needed.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to explain banking solutions clearly and maintain trust.
• Support team by staying informed and contributing to a positive work environment.
