Qualifications

• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
• A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
• A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
• Mandarin Cantonese an Asset

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and regulations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Address customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate when needed.
• Promote banking solutions and complete processes accurately and on time.
• Provide clear, personal banking advice to customers.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and keep everyone updated on routine tasks.
