Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office and internet.
• Go-getter who is accurate and detail oriented.
• Dynamic communicator with customer experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures.
• Understand customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
• Promote banking solutions to achieve goals and complete processes timely.
• Advise customers on banking solutions and processes clearly.
• Promote teamwork and personal development to foster a positive environment.
• Respect coworkers and keep everyone updated on routine activities.
