Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
• Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized operating procedures, regulatory requirements and TD's Code of Conduct.
• Understand and determine customer needs to recommend banking solutions.
• Respond and resolve customers' concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as needed.
• Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.
• Connect with customers to explain banking solutions clearly and professionally.
• Support a positive and equitable work environment and participate in personal development.
