Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures and regulations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend banking solutions while handling confidential information.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard cases as needed.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to advise on banking solutions and ensure clear communication.
