Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a growing roster of B2B and brand clients. You’ll direct strategy for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, guiding budgets and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice on calls and own the 90-day roadmaps. You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ads.
• Experience across multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Excellent English on client calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign optimization.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Social Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
