Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and narrate the numbers in client calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensuring robust conversion tracking and data-driven decisions, while maintaining strong client relationships on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns yourself.
• Record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with concrete results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and knowledge of when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the story behind the numbers.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
