Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multiple clients.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and relationship building.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
