Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative in client conversations, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, ensure robust conversion tracking with GA4/Tag Manager/pixels, and craft 90-day

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements you can show.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present numbers.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
