Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients. You will lead strategy, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made. You’ll be the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle tracking, roadmaps, and ongoing growth for multi-location urgent care brands, communicating clearly on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client walk-throughs.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
