Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care, a remote, full-time role responsible for owning paid media for urgent care clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will set budgets, bid strategies, and creative testing.

You will own 90-day roadmaps, report on performance, and drive growth through retention and upsell, with clear English communication for US clients on live calls.

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client walkthroughs.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
