Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgets and narrative on performance calls, and act as the strategic voice for clients with multi-site urgent care networks.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, test creatives, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and tag manager. Remote role with US/Canada exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with proven optimization.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
