Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Paid Media Manager for urgent care accounts. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign kill decisions.

You will craft 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, explain the numbers on client calls, and drive growth through retention and upsell. Remote position supporting US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• >3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, ran and optimized campaigns yourself.
• >Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• >Agency experience across several clients at once.
• >Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• >Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
