Blacksmith Agency is a fast-growing AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and narrative on performance, working with a strategic voice at the table to drive client outcomes across multi-location urgent care brands.

With 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, you will optimize campaigns, test creatives, and manage ROAS improvements.

Formación

• Three+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement or pipeline impact across campaigns.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Do conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with clear storytelling on numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
