Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care, you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS improvement, agency experience across several clients, and clear spoken English for US client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
