Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care accounts. You will own paid media for multi-site urgent care clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, directing budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing.

You will craft the 90‑day roadmaps and quarterly narratives, report on ROAS and CPA, and drive retention and upsell through strong client relationships. Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls is essential, and experience with urgent care

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline impact.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for urgent care accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign termination decisions.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; narrate numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
