Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager for Urgent Care, focused on owning paid media for a book of urgent care clients with multi-location needs. You will shape targeting, budget calls, and roadmaps, acting as the strategic voice on client calls.

In this remote, full-time role you will drive campaign strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS improvements, attribution reliability, and long-term client growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for urgent care clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and optimizations.
• Set up and trust GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels for accurate attribution.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps per client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
