Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients, shaping targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with hands-on optimization, a clear path to ROAS improvements, and a focus on multi-location urgent care networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media for urgent care clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell and maintain long-term client relationships.

As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
