Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making calls, testing creative and driving ROAS across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with clear English on live calls to US clients. Remote role with opportunities to collaborate with teams in Canada, the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; explain the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
