Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You will own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients, guiding targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA, and pipeline, and present the 90-day plan on calls with clients. Excellent English with US clients on live calls; agency experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location campaigns is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and narrate results.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
