Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table. The role is remote, with experience across Google Ads and Meta required.

You will manage campaigns, measurements, and growth strategies, delivering strong ROAS and maintaining client relationships across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS/CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for multifamily clients.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Create 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long‑term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
