Blacksmith Agency is a San Francisco-based AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for multifamily clients. You will strategize, budget, and narrate campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, driving long-term client value and growth.

As the voice on the call, you’ll explain performance, results and roadmaps on a 90-day and quarterly horizon, while maintaining strong relationships with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English for US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the performance story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
