Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You will own paid media for a book of multifamily clients, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling.

You act as the strategic voice in client conversations. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience, and strong English communication with US clients; multifamily experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Experience moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
