Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly digital agency seeking an experienced PPC Manager for multifamily accounts. You will own paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding and testing, and drive the narrative in client calls with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth.

You will maintain robust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, and craft 90-day roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns themselves.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Paid media experience for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
