Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track conversions, and craft 90-day roadmaps while driving account growth and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
