Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll drive targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and pipeline growth while maintaining strong client relationships on live calls.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
