Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. In this remote role, you will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and deliver the 90-day roadmaps for each client while explaining the numbers on calls.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting and creative testing; know when to pivot or kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
