What You’ll Do
  • Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
  • Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.).
  • Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while still ensuring product quality standards are maintained.
  • Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offers service, supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensures strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, promptly cleaning spills, and keeping totes clean and debris‑free before packing; operates material‑handling equipment safely, ensuring all pre‑inspection checks are completed; exhibits behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational changes, improving productivity, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrates flexibility in completing or adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
