We are currently looking for full time Outbound Transport Coordinator, who will be working at our branch in Guelph, Ontario, five days a week from Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm. This role reports directly to the Sr. Warehouse Supervisor.

Role Responsibilities

• Checking & Packing LTL/FTL orders
• Rate shopping for all orders to ensure freight cost savings
• Working with all Transport carriers. Communicating daily pick up times, dropped trailers, etc.
• Leading staff that are checking orders ensuring shipping accuracy
• Ensuring the safe packing and securing of all shipments leaving the building
• Auditing shipment for accuracy through quantity and sku number checks.
• Communicating with the customer service team on shipping dates, instructions, and reroutes
• Tracking freight spending and providing quotes for internal and external customers
• Collecting and producing customs paperwork for cross border shipments.
• Ensuring the safe and organized staging of shipments on the warehouse floor
• Managing the safe loading of carriers and dock lock procedures

The starting rate for this role is $23.50/hour.
