Job summary

Ritual is seeking an Operations Manager (18-month contract) to lead continual improvement across onboarding, support, supply chain and outsourcing while maintaining high service levels with partners and customers.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, partner with cross-functional teams, and implement scalable processes that improve the merchant and customer experience. The role requires strategic thinking, process rigor, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in operations, support, or account management.
• Startup or marketplace experience preferred.
• Restaurant operations experience helpful.
• Strong data analysis, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee day-to-day operations across central functions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholders to deliver impact.
• Develop scalable programs to improve customer and merchant experience.
• Monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, and drive cost reductions.
• Ensure data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Optimize resourcing to maintain effective, cost-conscious operations.
