Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–12+ years in operations, logistics, or related environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience in high-volume, complex operational settings.
• Proven ability to drive strategy, lead change, and scale operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and performance metrics.
