We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Operations Manager – Guest Services to oversee daily operations and lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent, long-term position.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and performance of guest-facing operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and efficiency.

  • Oversee daily operations related to guest readiness, service delivery, and overall experience
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams across customer service, operations, and support services
  • Ensure all assets and guest-facing environments are prepared and maintained to high standards
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and team coordination, including logistics and movement of guests as needed
  • Support budgeting, expense management, and achievement of operational targets
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related service-driven environment
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong operational and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business with variable hours
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance management
  • Fluent in English and German (French is an asset)
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
