Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in coordinating with business, IT partners, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze all of a client's business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Experience dealing with clients and explaining complex data principles in a thoughtful manner.
• Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.
• Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.
• Experience working within an agile development environment.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study.
• Product Owner certification: CSPO or PSPO
• Direct, hands‑on experience performing business requirement analysis related to data manipulation/transformation, cleansing and wrangling.

• Knowledge of and the ability to apply and interpret complex legislations/regulations, policies, and standards.

• Demonstrated experience conducting a gap analysis between legacy systems and modern solutions.
